In The Stillness of a Moment

I was angered, I was mad, full of hate, and very sad: everyone in my Life let me down when I needed them most to help me find ground. Disappointed, discourage,   and depressed; thoughts of revenge, getting even, flood my head. Suddenly, in the Stillness of A Moment I discovered a Special Space, peaceful, calm had come over me, where was I, what is this Special Place?  It was here feelings of forgiving, kindness, happiness and joy, feelings long forgotten, revealed in Me, a New Me, in the Stillness of That Moment, in that Special Place. Suddenly, I realized My New Life just began as thoughts flooded My Head; Better times were here, at least in My Head, and were sure to appear, in the Stillness of this Moment I met the New Me, and saw the future that could Be. Then, suddenly, I began to hear, so very faint, yet very clear, words coming deep within my head, yet, just in front, of what would have been my head; Namaste, namaste, na ma ste, is what I heard; so softly, so gently as to almost not be real, repeated over, and over again na ma ste, na ma ste, I was sure this word meant something … what could it Be?

How long was I in That Special Place, I could not really say - I had no sense of Time nor Space, it was not like any other place, it seemed I was in empty Space, and My Body was not present with Me. In The Stillness of That Moment in That Special Place, I saw the future before me; and I understood Life in a very different way; it was Unity in Diversity, we were all the same, at the Level of Stillness, and in this Very Special Place. All were Energy taking Form, expressing the intelligence inherit in that Space, I did not k/Now how before I always distorted our Truth; this is where I met the True Me, and the True You, in A Moment of Stillness, and by Grace.

I realized we often visit this Special Space in Moments of Stillness were Memory has no place, and thoughts are not a part of this Special Place; it is Feelings only that are allowed in this Space. Be conscious each time you allow yourself to Be In the Stillness of A Moment for it keeps you connected to Your New Me, Your True Me that is always present in this Very Special Place.

Now the word kept repeating in my head, Namaste, Namaste, I heard that word before many years ago, what did it mean? Yes, yes, I heard that word before many years ago, it was when an Indian Guru explain it this way; Namaste is a greeting one Human to another, hands held together as in prayer, and each Human greets the other with Namaste, expressing, and recognizing the Wholeness (Holiness) of each other; that somewhere, within each of Us is a Godly Presences, a Soulful Being. In The Stillness of just A Moment, in that Very Special Place, where I met the New Me, The True Me, and the True You. Namaste to all who are here with Me in The Stillness of this Moment in this Special Place. Namaste,
